Lala

 Lala was dumped but cared for by a good samaritan near Veguita. She had recently had puppies and was very malnourished. We were not able to save the puppies, but this incredible mama dog has been through weeks of medical foster care, and is now at a good normal 55lbs and very energetic and healthy. She is learning commands like sit and stay, and she plays and protects the other four dogs in the foster household. For instance, she protected the smallest one when he was having seizures she curled up around him. She has shown no aggression toward animals or people.
